You’ll be supported at every stage — you won’t have to find the internship on your own.
HIA selects the best opportunities for you, based on your skills, aptitudes, and career goals.

Host companies include:

🚀 Career Opportunities After Year 1

Even after just one year, thanks to a practical and immersive educational path, hands-on experience in a real operating hotel, and a 6-month internship in prestigious establishments, you will be ready to apply for qualified operational roles and pre-management positions.

Whether you come from a hospitality school, are passionate about the industry, or are starting a new professional journey, HIA provides you with the foundational knowledge, technical language, and confidence needed to enter the world of hospitality as a true professional.

Typical roles after the first year include:

  • Front Office Assistant – guest reception, check-in/check-out, reservation management

Hospitality One-Year Track

  • Location: Student Campus | WorldHotels Crafted Mulino di Firenze 4S
  • Academic duration: October – March
  • Internship duration: April – September

Since we’re doing something I’m passionate about, I can’t wait to do it: every morning I get up saying, “I can’t wait to meet new teachers, have new experiences.” I’m not from a family in the business, so I didn’t know many things about hotels and the complexity of managing one.

Carolina

Dynamic because we are always on the move, always busy learning something new, growing, hearing different perspectives we had never thought of before. What I do fulfills me, gives me motivation, and excites me.

Althea

I discover that every department, every sector we have talked about so far, is centered around a continuous pursuit to give the right value to human capital.

Giulia

The words that best describe my experience at HIA are progress and confidence: progress because I am growing in many ways, and confidence because HIA is the first environment of independence and growth where I feel very comfortable.
